According to Carol O’Donnell, Queen Anne’s County’s Foster Care coordinator, “Dawn has been a foster parent for less than one year. She has gone above and beyond the Department’s expectation of her care of three children placed in her home, working to manage three hectic schedules and to meet the needs of the children placed in her care. These children are flourishing.”

Dawn Lange states, “Seeing the kids change has been the most rewarding thing. They are experiencing many new things and are doing activities kids do and they have assimilated well into our family.”
